Rental Information
Deposit Policy
A deposit is necessary to secure a reservation. Deposits will be refundable with not less than 30 days advance notice, although immediate notification of change of plans is requested. However, cancellations later than the 30 day cutoff will receive a full deposit refund if a replacement renter is found. Deposits are one quarter of a weekly rental amount.
Rental Rates
Rental rates vary with the season. Peak summer rental period is July 2nd to August 27th. Rentals are on a weekly basis unless otherwise noted, with the rental period beginning and ending about noon.
Rental weeks are from Saturday to Saturday. (see calendar)

Property Information
Our waterfront property features three houses that are rented separately. The houses have shared use of our beach. Our boathouse has a downstairs storage area where we keep equipment, such as paddles, lifejackets, and beach toys, available for guest use. The upstairs of the boathouse is used as a residence by our on-site family member, and therefore is not available for rental.
